- Each student is limited to one incentive so that we may help as many people as possible.
- Some incentives may be seasonal or have quantity limits that are not readily apparent.
- Incentives are not applicable to in-house customized trainings.

California
Passive House California offers a $250 discount on CPHD courses to qualifying individuals. Provide proof of California residency or employment. Just email us at training@passivehousenetwork.org
If you are located in the area serviced by 3C-REN you can qualify for free CPHD training.
Colorado
The Colorado Green Building Guild (CGBG) offers an advanced training scholarship program that incentivizes CPHD training. Rewards can be from 5-90% of training cost. Find out more and apply.
Denver
Those who live and work in the city of Denver can qualify for a training rebate that covers 100% of the cost of training.
Fort Collins
Incentives up to $2000 are available.
Connecticut
Massachusetts
MassSave and Built Environment Plus offer reimbursements between 50% and 100%, either separately or in combination. Companies with 51-100 MA employees will be eligible for a 50% reimbursement on training costs, while companies with 50 or fewer MA employees will be eligible for 100% reimbursement through Built Environment Plus. The incentive can be applied to CPHD or CPHT courses.
New Jersey
NJ Clean Energy Program is now offering Workforce Development Reimbursements of up to $2000 per person per course towards CPHD and CPHT courses.
New York
NYSERDA’s Zero Emission Homes for Healthier Communities program includes up to $2000 per person towards Passive House Certification who are actively building single-family homes or townhomes in New York State.
Vermont
Vermont Passive House is now offering a $500 cost reimbursement towards Passive House Institute (PHI) accreditation training.
BIPOC
To help increase architect and engineer participation in the Passive House sector from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, PHN has established the PHN Passive House Fellowship to provide a 50% discount on CPHD training for US residents of color.

Non-Profit & Public Employees
Do you work for a nonprofit or a government? Provide your business card and statement of employment on letterhead and receive a $500 discount on CPHD courses. Just email us at training@passivehousenetwork.org
