I have more than forty-four years of experience as a design professional, including thirty years doing green design in Seattle. In 2009 I became one of the first 100 Certified Passive House Consultants in the United States. I’ve incorporated Passive House in all my work since. I was CPHC on the first PHI-certified Passive House in Seattle, Park Passive, in 2013.

Advocacy for Passive House, walkable urbanism, and equitable climate-friendly civic policies has become a significant focus.
