• Framer / Structural Carpenter: 15 years running a family business
• Builder / General Contractor: half-dozen major full whole-home deep-energy retrofits and reconstructions
• Architect: 10 years working for a mix of commercial, government & residential but with a special interest in single family residential
• Currently working on becoming PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) certified
