Colorado Spring 2022 Cohort
Welcome
The Passive House Network (PHN) and our Passive House Rocky Mountain Chapter are jointly offering this hybrid Certified Passive House Designer course for Colorado professionals.
The course spans 8 weeks from kick-off to completion plus a 4-5 week exam preparations for sitting the international CPHD/C exam. It includes PHN’s On-Demand CPHD course with 2 Live-Online Instructor-led webinars that dive into passive house calculations, and review sessions hosted by local Passive House professionals.
Included in this course:
- Digital Course Materials
- Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) software (individual license) and physical manual (Requires Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher)
- CPHD/C exam registration
- Exam preparation materials, activities, a supplemental preparations course
- Q&A Review sessions w/ a Passive House professional
- 1 Site visit to Passive House project | date, time, & location TBD
- Certificate of completion and 35 AIA LU/HSW credits
- Upon passing the CPHD/C exam participants will receive certification as either a Passive House Designer or Passive House Consultant, depending on your credentials.
Group Course Schedule
This schedule breaks down the course content into weekly chunks of around 2-3 hours of content. Additional time requirements for the two 3-hour Instructor-led webinars will be needed, plus optional weekly meetups.
