Advanced building technologies, such as MgO SIPs and factory cut and assembled wood panels give the clients a wide range of solutions to work with their budgets. Tim Sweeney is also a Certified Cohousing Facilitator and utilizes the Design Down Planning Process, which combined with his over 40+ years of architecture and construction experiences, give his clients the capabilities to more than meet their needs.
