MASS Architect is a small architectural practice owned and operated by Nicholas Paolucci, providing design and construction drawings for single family residential additions, sustainable renovations, and environmentally-friendly custom homes. When it comes to construction, Nick places trust in the design-build method, partnering with a network of reliable general contractors to provide a team approach to accomplishing each client’s end goal. In addition to home builders, MASS Architect works closely with JLV Structural Consultants on every project, including stamped structural framing and detailed foundation plans in each permit set of drawings. Other collaborators include Praxis Studio to develop realistic 3D renderings, and fellow Auburn alum Jared Weaver to assist with drafting and construction documents.
Paolucci understands homeowners’ time and budgetary limitations and always delivers quality drawings on time and under budget. Nick designs each project for the individual client’s taste and enjoys working on a variety of homes with different architectural styles, striving to create spaces that look intentional as if they always belonged. As a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Passive House Designer, Paolucci also implements green building practices and energy efficiency in every project with the utmost care for environmental sustainability.
