Michael Gale Architect is an award winning residential design firm specializing in mid to high-end single and multi-family homes. Michael recently became a Certified Passive House Designer and is actively pursuing Passive House projects both single family and multi-family. Currently Michael is working on several multi-family projects in the 4-10 unit range as well as designing custom ADU’s for clients. Michael’s specialty is navigating the often complicated process of project approvals, and meeting local jurisdictional requirements that can hamper and slow down projects. Michael gets his clients from design to permit with competence developed over 25+ yrs of successful execution, and then follows through during construction to ensure the final product meets the client’s expectations.
