Passive House Empire State serves New York, including New York City and the Central, Western, and Upstate regions. We are a group of Passive House professionals, practitioners, developers, and supporters who advocate for the international Passive House building energy standard.
Passive House Empire State regularly engages with the community to promote better building standards. We hold monthly online meetings and frequently collaborate with local organizations like New York Passive House.
New York is home to some incredible Passive House history, like America’s First Certified EnerPHit Wooden Row House.
